Business Development Executive

Job Description
• Responsible for the business development and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
• Achieve the targets and goals set by the line manager by establishing plans and strategies
• To promote new offers in the market
• Conduct market survey and competitor analysis in order to make effective sales and give appropriate market feedback to the management
• To ensure that client needs are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability for their own company
• To inform clients about new addition of vehicles in our fleet
• To resolve issues related the vehicles already hired and to ensure a smooth flow
• Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible
• Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to Senior Management
